Un antrenament conventional din sala de fitness, dureaza intre 1h-1.5h. Ca sa vezi rezultate ai nevoie sa te antrenezi cel putin de 3-4 ori pe saptamana, adica intre 4-6 ore saptamanal. Cele mai multe persoane, nu reusesc sa-si acorde acest timp pentru a se mentine in forma, deoarece sunt foarte ocupate. La vitalFitness avem nevoie doar de 20 de minute pe saptamana. Studiile sportive au demonstrat ca un numar mai mare de antrenamente EMS pe saptamana, nu au dat rezultate mai bune.
