Buna, sunt Manuela, si vreau sa va impartasesc experienta care mi-a schimbat radical viata anul acesta. In urma cu 6 luni mi-am facut o programare pentru o sedinta de proba la Body Time, si pot spune ca a fost cea mai buna alegere.
De la 95 de kg am reusit sa ajung la 70 cu doar 20 de minute de antrenament pe saptamana si cu sprijinul antrenorului meu personal care a fost alaturi de mine in aceasta perioada. Multumesc Body Time, recomand cu incredere!
