I started the keto lifestyle with Body Time in May 2019. I have lost 8 kg so far, I still continue to live a keto lifestyle as well as incorporating Body Time into my life.

8 kg of the weight I have lost so far, came from following the Body Time keto meal plan. The meal plan absolutely helped me with the guidelines of starting keto and to fuel my body as well as understanding how to stay in a calorie deficit.

I have learnt so much by becoming apart of the Body Time family and would 100% recommend the program to anyone who is serious about changing their lives and reaching their goals.
