Muschii tai vor fi stimulati asa de intens, incat nu este nevoie de mai mult de 20 de minute. Altfel, te vei supraantrena! In aceste 20 de minute, iti lucreaza toti muschii din corp permanent si mult mai intens ca la o sala clasica. Acest antrenament trebuie incercat pe propriul corp, altfel nu veti simti niciodata aceasta noua senzatie!
