Nu. La Bodytec, antrenamentul EMS se bazeaza pe impulsuri transmise la o intensitate suficient de puternica pentru a-ti antrena muschii, insa a nu afecta corpul din alte puncte de vedere in acelasi timp. Corpul nostru are nevoie de impulsuri electrice transmise de catre sistemul nostru nervos, ce duc la contractiile musculare. EMS nu face altceva decat sa foloseasca acest principiu natural intr-o maniera mai intensa si mai efectiva. Nu exista efecte secundare ale antrenamentului.
