Pentru a obtine rezultate, 20 de minute pe saptamana este mai mult decat suficient, deoarece antrenamentul este foarte intens si eficient. Organismul are nevoie de timp pentru a repara microleziunile create la nivelul tesutului muscular din timpul antrenamentului. Pentru a se reface complet, musculatura are nevoie de aproximativ 7 zile de repaus, evitand astfel instalarea oboselii cronice.
